NiwaWay Construction was founded by Konrad, an experienced construction professional who relocated to the UK over a decade ago. With more than eleven years of industry experience — including five years as a project manager at a respected construction firm — Konrad brings a wealth of practical knowledge and leadership to every project.

Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen a wide range of works, including full renovations, loft conversions, home extensions, and structural reconstructions. His collaborative approach and attention to detail have earned the trust and respect of architects, building control officers, and other industry professionals.
